Are you an experienced landscaper interested in growing your leadership skills?
We have multiple positions available for Team Leader roles. The successful applicants will require sound knowledge and application in one the following areas -
Earthworks - Dig outs, fill, leveling, soil and base preparation
Hardscape - Paving, block retaining, garden edging
Softscape - Irrigation, turf, lighting, planting/mulching
We recognize that being a great tradesman doesn't always come with inbuilt leadership and organizational skills, so we've found a solution!
The successful applicants will receive a solid two days of organizational training before stepping in to a team leader role, and then, while learning your way around on the job, you will also work with a dedicated mentor to support your growth over a 3 month period.
Our program is designed to challenge you, and develop the skills you will need in your role as Team Leader.

Minimum 38 hours per week - Above award rates apply.
